Pat Riley Real Estate and has fifteen years of sales experience. In addition to owning over 20,000 square feet of Residential, Medical, Retail, and Office space, Erik has developed Townhome and Self-Storage projects for Regional Real Estate Developers.Additional info: Erik is a 1995 graduate of Lafayette College (Easton, PA) with a degree in Economics and Business. He also owns and operates Chelsea Hill, Inc., a Real Estate Investment and Development Company and Chelsea Hill Painting & Remodeling, LLC
