Pat has received every notable real estate award that the Lancaster County Association of Realtors bestows on its valued members. He served as President of the Lancaster Association of Realtors in 1971, was honored as Realtor of the Year in 1976 and received the Distinguished Service Award in 1996. In Pat's first year of business he sold 176 properties in Lancaster County. Throughout Pat's illustrious career, he has amassed over 200 rental properties, including one of his most prized real estate acquisitions, the Foodergong Restaurant and Hotel located in Akron, PA. Today, he continues to help the local community realize the American Dream of home ownership.
